Renee and I are proud to be the owners of an urban farm based business, Mississippi Gourmet Mushrooms. We are a family business located in Hattiesburg, MS, owned and operated by Renee and myself. Using an all natural process, we currently are growing 3 varieties of Oyster Mushrooms. We take pride in the quality of our mushrooms and guarantee delivery of a fresh product within hours of harvest.
In the fall of 2005, Mississippi Gourmet Mushrooms incorporated and we produced our first harvest of Oyster Mushrooms. We cater to health-conscious consumers and market our product to high-end restaurants, grocery stores, and specialty markets. We hope you will enjoy our mushrooms as much as we enjoy growing them for you.
In May of 2006 we added cortunix quail to our urban farm based business and now offer fresh quail eggs as well.
